Graphic Design Program at RAD ART School

At RAD Art we are dedicated to providing our students with the tools to free their creative process. Our digital art course is designed to teach students how to utilize Adobe Photoshop with fun and inventive projects like designing your own cityscape, creating your own manga, Chibi and Kawaii inspired characters, inventing comic book panels and book covers, making your own superhero, logos, memes and more. Our first week of instruction is structured to help students navigate the basics of the Photoshop program. From there we will move onto more exciting aspects of the program like using clipping masks, filters, layer styles, patterns, creating their own brushes and more. We also offer instruction in the Procreate software. Students who wish to work in Procreate must have the program on their own personal device (i.e. iPad or tablet) and any extras (Apple pen, etc). All children will receive a personal thumb drive that their work will be saved on in PSD/Jpg format for them to keep.
